Terms and Conditions for Use of Review Materials
1. Introduction
Welcome to REALTY MASTERY REVIEW CENTER led by ATTY. MARIANITO B. ARIÑAS, JR. By enrolling in our Real Estate Board Exam Review Program and/or by accessing any of our materials (including printed, digital, or recorded content), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms aim to protect the integrity and intellectual property of the Review Center’s educational content, in accordance with Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and other applicable laws.
2. Ownership of Materials
All review materials—including but not limited to lectures, videos, notes, handouts, slides, practice tests, and digital content—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Review Center.
Students are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use these materials solely for their individual study during the review period.
No ownership rights are transferred or implied by granting access to the materials.
3. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Review Center:

Copying or reproducing review materials, in whole or in part, in any format.

Sharing, distributing, or publishing materials through any medium (e.g., Facebook, Messenger, Telegram, email, websites, or cloud storage).

Recording or screen capturing any part of a live or online class session.

Uploading or posting materials or class recordings online, whether publicly or privately.

Selling, renting, or giving review materials to any third party.

Allowing non-enrolled individuals to access the Review Center’s lectures, online platforms, or materials.
Any violation constitutes a serious breach of this agreement and may result in disciplinary action, termination of access, forfeiture of fees, and possible civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Review Center reserves the right to monitor the use of its materials and online platforms to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Upon discovery of a violation, the Review Center may:
Immediately revoke your enrollment and access to materials;
Forfeit all fees paid without refund;
Pursue civil and/or criminal action under the Intellectual Property Code (R.A. 8293), Cybercrime Prevention Act (R.A. 10175), and other relevant laws; and
Request the removal of infringing content from online platforms.
5. Confidentiality
All review materials are confidential educational content. Students must keep them private and not disclose or disseminate them to any unauthorized person or group.
6. Duration of Access
Access to review materials and online platforms is limited to the duration of the review course for which the student is enrolled.
Access may be withdrawn after the review period or upon violation of these Terms.
7. Data Privacy
The Review Center respects your right to privacy in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).
Personal data collected for enrollment and verification purposes will be used solely for legitimate academic and administrative purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
8. Amendments
The Review Center reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be posted on the official Review Center website or communication channels and will take effect immediately.
9. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By enrolling in our review program and/or accessing any review materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You also affirm that you understand that violations may result in legal, financial, and academic consequences.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Pasig City, Philippines.
CONFORME:
By logging into the Review Center’s online platform or group, or by attending any review session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and give your electronic consent equivalent to a signed written agreement under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (R.A. 8792).
